I came to Washington for my father’s funeral while visiting on Washington I decided that I didn’t want to go back to Alaska with my 12 year old daughter because her father was mentally and emotionally abusing her and I once the decision was made informed him that the marriage was over due to my daughter and I being abused and mistreated he attempted to buy a plane ticket and leave the state with our daughter but I got an emergency protection order the judge determined that due to physical distant being thousands of miles that the protection order was dropped and the judge suggested we pursue family court action. He wants to visit her by flying her to Alaska from Washington am I legally allowed to refuse to put her on the plane
