I know that Washington state is a * party consent state when it comes to audio recordings. But does that apply for minors recording a parent? My question is this, if my step-daughter(14 years old) secretly records a conversation between her and her biological father while he is engaging in slander, defamation, and parental alienation, against her mother, and bribing the child, is it legal and admissible in court as she is his child?
