Is there any case law about Judges in a district family court being able to order that the plaintiff or defense would pay the amount that the QDRO would had paid the client if the QDRO was returned signed and certified. 7 years should have been long enough plus * letters from the plan administrator stating that the ex husband account could no longer be helld and if he asked for it they would have to comply because no QDRO was ever completed by the defense as it was ordered that they would have it completed which was on May *. PLUS the Judge took the third party payments and made them Judgements paid by anyway and means. So it did not have to be completed now?

Well it was suppose to be completed by the defense but I was in contempt of court for not paying her after recieveing the funds. Bt no QDRO was in Place. And how does that make sense if the Judge can make the order to pay what the QDRO would have paid, why do we have to have a QDRO then? I did ot think that was true.

yes being arrested for not paying the ex wife but how are you suppose to pay someone when the QDRO was not in place at the time the money was turned to me because the plan admin had asked for the pre approved QDRO signed and certified but the attorney ignored her for 7 years. He waited until I rolled it out so he could file more motions and have the judge add *% more to the amount of the QDRO.

Attorney approved a DRO in * and it was pre approved and he would not sign it as he stated it did not conform to the amended decree.. He added third party payments to be paid from the pension acounts and that could not be done per ERISA and or the plan. So he files a Motion for incident to decree during COVID

and I asked to be called into the hearing. As soon as I had been noticed to attend the hearing is changed to a chambers hearing without us. And the Defense gets awarded over $*,* in attorney fees and files a motion that states we were all in attendance for the hearing. My deed was altered so the defense was able to get $*,*.oo from my home after my ex wife had signed off on it as all our accounts were separate.
