Eviction And Property Rights

Summary

In Tennessee, eviction requires proper notice, and police need a warrant or probable cause to search personal property. If evicted without notice and your camper was searched or confiscated without consent, consult a local attorney for guidance. If you have permission to access your truck via a neighbors right of way, you should be able to retrieve it legally.
