I was living with my girlfriend. The house is under her name. She took my teenage son at the time * and is now * under her wing about a year ago. We live in Santa Clarita CA. Los Angeles County. We had a domestic dispute where we both got arrested. We both didn’t press charges. The DA dropped the charges. While I was under custody she made bail. While I was in custody she kicked out my 18 year old son of the house and changed ok the locks. She’s making it impossible to get our property. I now out and waiting for a court hearing for the restraining order hearing. That’s still legally our address. What legal actions can we take?
