I am trying to get guardianship for my mother who is disabled, but her neurologist is not willing to fill out the medical affidavit that’s required to start the process because he doesn’t want to have to appear in court. Do I have any other options?

I have spoke to her primary doctor and Mobility doctor, and neither one are willing to fill out the affidavit only because they have to appear in court and without that I can’t even start the
