Registered dietican appointments. I wanted monthly follow up. The lead rd got involved now shes told the rd and my pcp i was seeing i need no more rd care. The lead RD also influenced a MDs referral so it wasng strong in geting me ongoing care because that MD did document it strong then did an addendum and he wrote her name in it for why he chabged his referral.
