My dad was murdered in Santa Ana june * * on the block where I grew up. I couldn't afford the money for the funeral. So my aunt who had already purchased * graves years prior because they were on sale. Said that she would let my dad have one of the graves. Victim services helped out $* and we made some money as well from carwash. The tombstone was paid with everything. In order to give us the grave I had to sign a paper giving her authority on everything. Since I'm next of kin I believe they falsely had my sign something else to give up my rights. My dad was going to get my grandmother's house. Being next of kin I was supposed to receive something. I didn't receive a dime when they sold the house and till this day I haven't been able to put my dad's tombstone because she won't allow it. It's been years and me and my siblings have suffered extremely. She says that she won't put it because she might have to go in that grave when she passes away since it is double.
