I want to sue my union for negligence and breach of contract for failing to advance my grievance. It’s the soul responsible for my union to advance my grievance per contract. They forgot to do so and my grievance was dead and unable to advance after 10 days.

since that time they have lie, stalled and even claimed that my grievance was now open. They did this to stall until I retire leaving the union clear of any responsibilities
