Landlord Negligence Tree Damage

My name is Lora in * me and my husband renting a property for * monthly no contact but verbal when we moved in the landlord pointed to the trees that he had to trim or cut in time we moved in a mobile home and a motor home we were up to date with the rent no receipt were maid my husband also worked for him .Couple years past a branch fell on the mother home messed up a little.Then * Dec * my husband past away 6 months after that the whole tree fell on my mobile home a total all of it .the same tree .The next day I called the news he asked me to leave.I paid him the rent he told me he wanted me out .He didnt no rent money yet he refused to sighn papers so fema was gonna help its 4 years we dont talk both my trailers are messed up im Legally blind dissabled and housssing won't help because of my back ground
