My landlord gave me a written notice to remove my dog. Over a situation that they created. I live in a mobile home park. They had walked onto my lot up to my back fence where my dogs were four separate times in one day. I was not warned anytime. The first couple times I was verbally accost in front of my family causing my girlfriend to cry, like any dogs would have they started showing aggressive postures to them Trespassing. They now say I must get rid of my dog because they find it too aggressive. They further stated that it was never approved. The written notice they provided, And sighted lease addendums does not match my lease. They also taped the written notice to my door and have not sent a certified letter through mail as required. And seem to be unfairly enforcing multiple rules against me all at once, while letting many other lots spaces in the park get away with it. Can I get away with that?
