Can I tell you the situation then you can tell me if i can sue the rental agency for it

Yakima WA. Me and my husband were homeless 3 years and toom over our friends apartment after getting married and he had a autistic son and the place was trashed so we took it over. Upon renting they said we were responsible for what it was like when we moved in. Then upon 1 year inspection the lady told me we could of had it redone to live in and I stayed that's not what I was told and I had called and asked them if they could I was told no. So while she was there I also stated how there were neighbors who had cock roaches and I tried to show here where they were nesting in our kitchen but could show her well then they sent a maintenance guy to put traps said after 6 months and you still see them let us know. And so I did after 6 months and they said they would bomb he fallowing week so we bombed it . Well then we told them we bombed it because it's getting out of hand then no bed again after that. I also have stated many times there was a hole in the floor and they never fixed it which was a hazard. I had * small children in my home. I also told them about the laundry room was detaching from the house because we are on the top of a * story house made into apartments . My husband lost hours , our apartment was taken over by cockroaches and I lost a hole house full of items and furniture due to infestation.
