In Tennessee, my landlord served me with a notice to quit on Sept. *, *, we didn't pay the rent owed for Sept. Until Sept. *, *. On Sept. *, *, my landlord filed an eviction through the court and I was served an eviction notice. My landlord filed on the 15th day not the 16 day after the notice to quit. Was I supposed to get 30 days from her vacate notice?
