Could you please elaborate on the specific issue you're having with your landlord or tenant, ****?
yes. I was evicted back in May. Last day was May 15th. My landlord owed me money for invoices for work I did on her house/property. She didn’t want to pay so I left a few belongings there in hopes she would pay so I would move them out. She filed an eviction suit in July, 2 months after the eviction date. She was awarded * dollars in rent for the months since eviction as well as attorney fees. I was awarded nothing. Now we have a hearing today for “damages” which at first she said there were none, now she is asking for *. We had an inspection with a witness and he reported no damages. Can she come up with them after inspection
