I have a leaking ceiling in my kitchen by my light. I have told manager and maintenance and they say they have done what they can do. I contacted property owners in Cleveland and they only get ahold of district manager and she gets ahold of my manager. Has been going on for a few years now. I have pictures and video that are time stamped along with messages. I have lived here for 14 years. I am on rental assistants and do not know about putting my rent in escrow when i get assistance
