What is the exact date the eviction notice was served to the occupants?

In West Virginia:
- Eviction notice must be served 30 days prior to eviction.
- Occupants can appeal but must vacate unless court orders otherwise.
July 17th was served by A magistrate in court at a court hearing.
Given the eviction notice was served on July 17th, the occupants should vacate by August 16th. If they appeal, they must still leave unless the court orders otherwise.
