I moved into a house renting whike building credit to buy. Weve been their 2 years. She told me i could do what i wanted as it would be mine, we upgraded the fridge, she was mad ... then told me no to save money to buy. She gave us until june * to buy. April forst of * showed up.woth a month to month lease. Still telling us we have until june of * to buy. we pay rent early april 17th then she tells me she just selling gave us until june 30th... now she has a new document for an agreement to termiante... that all provisons and such stand for the old lease i am.not quite understanding what im signing and dont want to until i do. She also had her laweyer write up that its an mutual agreement to terminate i didnt agree she just did so.
