of whch i shouldnt have to pay. becuase i ts an illegal residential lease . rented lease in a commerciall building not permited i this bemy * a month uestioned cause i qelectric bill for 5 years. i asked the aep guy how to change it he said do a one min video show my face walk through dwelling show kitheb kiving bathrooms etc.. and the meterbox outside and he swirched it in the system. then told me he did this as a favor becuase hes been out there to cut meoff a few times . and i even had LIHEAP help pay because i was struggling then they sent me a letter i have proof of denying me because they only assist residential. thats when i persuded getting it changed. any way the aep guy said let my / landlord know it may bite him in the assto go get it zoned right. he got mad at me when i told him later

robert ely i have an illegal eviction attempt. judge tried to order me to pay rent for an unzoned or not permitted to lease as residential in a commercial zone pay due to my landlord not permited to lease as residential in a commercial bulding. he cut corners saving money and didnt have it permitted, im eligible 5 years back pay of all rent times *. also he did an illegal eviction,i got full video on 21sr of july 8am 7 days before my court * city police threated to evict no court order intimidation tactic i need an emergency stay of writ. i was evicted illegally by a bias judge and i filed inability to pay and they are seeking * rent which i should not have to pay under code violation
