Tenant Lease Alteration Consequences

After I lost my child October 25th of * I decided that I needed to go to the hospital I pretty much was on the edge of suicide. I have several mental issues bipolar I have asperger autism functioning adults up until I lost my daughter Oct * * and I have been completely taken advantage of by this couple who are trying to steal my house using their verbal abuse tactics and the government against me. he has been charged at one other time for threatening the life of a police officer. I do know for a fact they have AR-* pistol and rifle. If he's going to cuss out a police officer and threatening their life what is he going to do to me I have been scared for my life since they started acting crazy towards me I am not safe at that house no government agency is trying to help me everybody turns their head when it comes to them. Adult protective services have had * or more calls concerning my safety. LMPD had to disband the unit for adult protection. Chris Fox and Sheila were old friends of mine and I thought it would work out where they could pay me very cheap rent of $*,* A Month. For the top two floors of the house. And our agreement was we made it on the phone but if it did not work out either way they could cancel it I could cancel and they would have to move within 30 days. Immediately they showed they could no longer be trusted. A young lady was living in one of the rooms upstairs they said she could stay and pay them rent however jonie said Chris Fox put his hands on her in a very most private place for females and she snapped on him she did not want to be part of the three-way deal so she immediately moved out and stayed in the RV. From that time on anytime anybody would knock on the front door of the house they would tell me they were going to shoot the m*********** the next time they come to the front door. My self, When my company would come over they would be stopped in the driveway being cussed out screened out told the crackheads and whores if they were females and bunch of crackheads every time they open their mouth it was crackhead did crackhead back. However I don't even know any crackheads only a bunch of potheads. It my company didn't pull forward enough in drive they would come out screening yelling at them screaming yell out the window cussing them out threatening to get their guns or bring their dogs including numerous times my grandson his wife Jamie, Completely blocking all vehicles in one day he stopped his vehicle at the end of the driveway blocked everybody in every refused to let my company leave cuz I need to call the police but she finally did we had things we had to do we had to go around his vehicle through the yard the guy was completely out of control the whole time screaming yelling at my company and myself. His violent actions towards me and him just broke me down for several days I could not get out of bed this is recent as November 11th I think Chris took a water hose and sprayed down one of the females was helping somebody move from my home a girl needs broke up it didn't work out so Ashley was helping out the truck Chris comes out screaming and yelling he tried to get his dog to attack her and then he took a water hose and sprayed her down inside and out truck outside and trying to sic their dogs on them. I had a officer in the Navy stop by to see his niece Chris start yelling outside the window that he's a drug dealer he's selling drugs. This man is a navy seal with 27 years and he was getting retired and was home on leaving to see his niece. He told me he had never been so humiliated in his life. After being at the house less than a few months Shayla and Chris rushed down the steps on me they'll need she would not pay for eight months she would definitely get 8 months free rent. I always been threatened with code enforcement to attack me and they're going to take my house that they are their friends and already have it all worked out the lawyer has all the paperwork. And they are going to take my house from me screaming and yelling pknowing of my mental instability. Rent has never been paid on time always the last week of the month when I get all of it from the first month they gave me $* and pay me the last bit of it the last few of the month after that it was always late usually the last week or they give me part of it and you end up in towards the last week however they did not pay January's February 15th or 16th Chris Fox came to me and told me they were going to pay part of January's rent February 27th. * to * weeks later something like that and it was only going to be part of it I refuse to take it then because by Kentucky law I did not have to. At one time they screamed and yelled and threatened me constantly that they needed the lease that they could take to the water company I told them I had to have rent money so we could hire an attorney to write the least the way it should be they do have a paper that I signed that was to be only used for the water companies to be turned on the water I called the water and lg&e the first week they were there I do not know why lg&e in the water company did not I take care of them when they called I do have a witness she was with me that she called. They have used that lease saying that it is a real lease to buy I still have not gotten any rent it has been almost 9 months without rent on that house I am constantly under threat I cannot go in the house to repair anything because they will sic their dogs on me again they have threatened to shoot me I am under constant surveillance outside they make comments like why why was the water being ran in the bathroom downstairs for an hour one morning when a friend of mine was giving her two children a bath. when they spent the night why is he watching her children or listening to children take baths I'm worried about that. Currently for the last several months probably *:* I have had to have somebody pretty much stay with me for my own sanity and safety they are constantly being cussed out and chewed out. I got an email the other day the package had just been delivered I asked a friend of mine who is staying there to help me through this to go check on the front porch for the package. They came out and yelled at her screamed at her called her all kinds of crackheads and whores. Telling her she could not be on my property. code enforcement they constantly call code enforcement on me for the property code enforce me goes in the house talks to them never will talk to me they cannot they will not let me in their house to fix anything that I have been getting fines for Chris Fox hit all my cameras on the outside of the house was a big stick one day I had the copy of the recording. I went out back at him in the cold enforcement lady were there when she told me I needed to get rid of my house since I had mental issues and that it was okay for Chris to use his violent violence against my camera system because I was not allowed to have a camera on my home because he rented it she's a lady of authority and it completely f***** me up and put me in bed for 5 days having someone tell me of authority that I needed to give away my home to him. And that it was okay for him to use his violence that he uses against his wife and child towards me. Stole disconnect from HVAC system to prevent me from having a/c. He put in window units and told me he would call polic and his friend from code enforcement to speed up taking my house from je and has not let me have access to upstairs to fix the problem myselevf. He told me he could fix it and knew all about it. He has used the system Before they move again we had a talk on the phone one night or several people at my home who overheard the conversation they have not taken care of none of it They knew before moving in I was a very bad mental case I was extremely suicidal I needed to get to a hospital at all that done was make things worse live people threaten them stop on all kinds of electronics equipment

legal aid is helping me. but they are being sued along with the attorney. 27 months no rent they are abusing the system. and legal aid does not file charges

\if a tenent alters the lease is it considered forged insterment

then would it be fraud also
