Am being evicted because my neighbor took false charges out on my daughter. Which my daughter wasn't living here yet just here visiting her son... who is part of my lease. Yes my daughter was arrested and placed. When my daughter went to court her charges were dismissed and my neighbor admitted to my landlord that the charges were fake and that she only put fake charges on my daughter because she was angry with her. My landlord also gave me a letter stating that I have 10days to get my power back on yet my called the energy company requesting that no power to placed in my apartment. I have a 10yrs old grandson who lives here with me and we are being forced to use candles and we have no heat.. he has to go to school in this condition. Please help me please
