Ok so my landlords bought a camper from me and i am renting a home from them, the home was in terrible shape and you couldn't live in it, so they moved the camper to one of their properties and allowed me to stay there until it was cleaned up. They said i didnt have to move in until i was happy with it. Well their grandson needed a place so they told me i had to move into the house and that rent was starting may 1st. I explained to them i couldnt get power on until the 15th. So even though i was not moved in until the 15th they told me i needed to pay the full rent regardless. Is that legal for them to charge me if i wasnt living there?
