It complicated. I filed a 7 day notice to quit on my brother and his girlfriend. The toxic environment my brother creates led me to file a PFAon him before our court date for the notice. We did mediation and now im stuck in an agreement. While the PFA has a motion to dismiss on */*. I only agreed to file to dismiss as i felt i had to in the eviction case. He since has harassed me in text and is infringing on my mental health. I also believe they are in violation of agreement based on cleanliness. I just need to know if i have grounds here to file violation or what i should do in the PFA case.

The mediation was on the eviction. The violation i believe he has made is on the stipulations on the eviction case. One of those is that they are to keep living space in clean broom swept condition. My issue is with dirty wet towels used to mop up water at their door to outside. They jave left it there for a whole week. And their are white towels balled up next to them that have been there for weeks they are browning. Im not allowed in there space without notice.

I just have the texts asking him to stop texting me. He was accusing me of stealing his mail. The cops have been here multiple times. They even came when he was parked outside my house that evening. Then agian the next day they came on the mail.

Im really not sure, the night they spoke with him he just had to move his vehicle farther away. The next day they were looking to talk with him on his complaint of not receiving mail for 5 months. They dont pick it up and wash it replace with a dry towlel or dry rug, and their are two white towels out front of the double door that have been dirty for weeks and are turning brown. Also preventing the door from being opened.
