Juanita Rogers
Nice to meet you, Juanita Rogers. Could you please describe the legal issue you're facing?
I reside at * condon terrace SE apt205 I've been here for 11 months without receiving any mail because the mailbox has no lock on it so we're not able to receive mail like I said also the post office does not hold mail for this apartment unit and and the people upstairs have a dog you are allowed to have dogs but they constantly let this dog just run over top of my head which makes a lot of noise and I wonder is it any legal rights for this.
Have you tried discussing these issues with your landlord or property manager?
