The next morning the landlord showed up with tow trucks the called police, police show up run just our names and both of us go to jail on unrelated to what they was called for. One was a out of town misdemeanor and the other was so happened to be a blue warrant that wasn't even the right person so it was a mistake parole officer made. When we got back two hours later EVERYTHING we owend was gone. BUSINESS and Personal belongings gone

It was court ordered but the day the landlord and constable came out to remove us so the landlord could put our stuff out by the curve then the constable said the landlord didn't want to so he allowed us to stay after the dudges order BECAUSE he didnt want to physically do any of the moving so said we could stay to get the rest of our stuff out so the next morning he showed up on his time and after they took us to jail falsely then he apparently left right after and nobody was there so nobody will tell us what happened to our stuff
I see how confusing this can be. In Texas, landlords are generally not allowed to remove a tenant's belongings without a specific court order. You may wish to consult with a legal professional about your rights in this situation.
