The landlord provided no materials and it was all done with our funds. We paid rent for *-6 months at $* and Jordan also provided extensive tree work in exchange for rent. When landlord still was not providing materials or paying us back we informed them that we are owed. It was agreed we would begin paying May * which I have a text stating the end of may *. in the amount of $*. been there for 2 years. We went into this on a lease with no expiration. They have tampered with my electric fence/security cameras. They are also claiming a no cause termination. They also have family member who lives in their RV on their property. they have shown up to my moms house and spoke to her about the eviction and their plans to move the extended family member into the house and confirmed the $* amount.
