We have unlawful detainer case that been going on over a year were took * mounths to get it infornt of a judge and it took four more months for the judge to make a descion we had a lawer the other side did not they went pro for there self the other side she only had a veberl agreement the other person is her son and he was not any part of agreement and she told the judge she still lves there but has moved a year ago and the man still lives in our other house we are wanting on judge to do a writ of possession on him it took are lawer months for the judges order to the sherrife is the going to effects the writ and what else do we need to do and my husband has serve ptsd and is disabled and that man is bulling him
