Landlord Service Dispute Resolution

Summary

Landlords must provide agreed services in the lease. If services are non-functional, tenants may seek rent reduction or reimbursement. Document all communication attempts and send a certified letter detailing issues. If unresolved, consult a local tenant rights organization or lawyer. Certified letters can be sent via the post office with a receipt for records.

I live in a rented house. The company asks us to use their internet, they provide a doorbell with camera, and a few other things. These all cost, and they truly do not work. We have been paying for 6 months, and do not have the extra channels that come with the internet packet, the camera does not work. We have not receive the fog to enter the pool and playgorund of the neighborhood.
