my friend her car parked last night, and here we are the car is towed. She called the apartments to see what’s the issue and the property manager said she was parking in two parking spots. She explained how she didn’t see the line and didn’t notice it was two spots because the yellow lines are faded. She also explained how she was furious because other residents park crazy all the time. (one guy uses his motorcycle to take up two parking spots every so often). Fast forward she spoke with the tow company and they said that if she calls the apartments and ask they can release it, she asked and the lady got upset and “i don’t know why they said that because we can’t do that”. So she asked if they could take it out of her rent and they told her no. My question to you, is there ANYTHING we can do about this ?
