I was the victim of * non-contemporaneous illegal, self-help eviction violations by a landlord in Florida, during the Eviction that he filed. I have * police reports, and when showed the *.* statute, he said, in front of witnesses, "I don't care about the law! You're leaving!" Locked me out * times in * weeks, turned off power, water, heat/air, removed all furniture, (it was a hotel I lived in for 8 months) appliances, curtains, bed, shower curtain, etc etc...then, without a writ of possession, trespassed into the room and removed all my belongings, while I still had days left to request a hearing. Do I claim Intentional Misconduct, Gross negligence, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Specific Intent To Harm? Or what to get highest punitive? My case has already been transferred to Circuit, with jury, and punitive claims
