I need help with landlord tenant issues in Colorado
Hello ****, could you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing with your landlord in Colorado?
The managers said that I was going to be evicted, but in lieu of eviction on my record. If I agreed to move out by the end of the month, I get my deposit returning immediately and no eviction. I don’t believe it. There was actually an eviction to play because I was in a mobile home and I don’t think they could evict mobile homes for no reason, then I get my security deposit back for several months and when I did I just got a check for $* less than my actual deposit with no explanation
