I got behind on my rent and received an eviction notice back on May * th. I got in contact with my landlord and got it resolved. Now I get a letter for Summons restitution of premises. And have Court Aug 24th. Would my landlord of needed to give me a recent eviction notice or would the one 4 months ago work to file in court
