I was avguarantor for an appartment lease in coppel texas. After * monyhs of paying the rent promotly the tenant was arrested for domestic violence and in jail rent has not been paid. I had to step up with August rent sept rent too tenant wont pay can i exit my guatantee on the frounds that the tenant was arrested for domestic violence?

Yes the guarantee was done electronicalky. Now rent office says fir lies they cannit give m we copy if guarantee
