I live in a apartment with my 11 year old granddaughter. I live downstairs. We have had a leak in her room since March. They say they cant find it. She has had to move all her stuff and basically live in the living room there is now mold growing in roof you can sss thru holes they have in there plus carpet stinks from where it gets wet. She stays sick. What can we do.
