I was wondering if in Texas San Antonio. To be exact, is it okay or legal to be evicted from my home without due process? I was removed after the city said that my house. What was not up to code which I can prove that it. In fact was, but they removed me anyways. And? Now I'm being harassed by the officers on the street. Because I'm now homeless. I never saw a judge and I never got my due process. Or a chance to tell my side of what was going on at my house. My mother owns this house and she was threatened by the city. That he didn't go along and remove me. Like they wanted, then they would take her house away. They made her board up the house for 1 month and a bunch of other things that were theme unlawful

Yes I was well aware of this but I've been feeling like. I am being shaken down harassed even by local authorities. I've been given illegal camping citations. Now that I'm homeless and the man that it took my case to city council for the eviction. Follows me around my neighborhood. Giving out these trespassing and illegal camping citations which are unfair. Because I never even got a chance to speak in court or to a judge or to anyone for that matter. I do want to speak to somebody. But I'm not sure that I want to alert anyone just yet because I'm not sure who's who this officer? Works closely with our city council. As I mentioned previously I'm not sure that I should reach out to a local attorney just yet. Because I'm not sure who's who and whose side anyone's on. I don't want anyone alerted as to my plans. Rectify my situation. The illegal help maybe in the future though. I just really wanted to know whether or not AI thought I had a chance or a case and can maybe help me get. Some type of restitution from them for my mental and emotional distress. My house was dirty, but not in disrepair. I could have easily cleaned it. But they came 6 days early after I was given a 10 day notice. And I have documented all of that, but I just don't know who to turn to at this point or if I can even represent myself.
