I’m am facing an eviction. The apartments technically have done everything properly as far as giving me proper notice and actually working with me. I applied for rental assistance and was going to be approved but the apartments never answered the call or returned the voicemail that was left for them saying to verify the balance. After speaking with the people for my assistance they basically said it’s the apartments fault and the money would have been issued.
