I am being evicted and I'm pretty sure it's illegal eviction

Yes it's in chico california. My boyfriend and I have been renting a shed pretty much that we were trying to convert to a tiny home and our landlord got married and the wife took over and told us we couldn't have company past * clock and when we did she humiliated us in embarrassment yelling pounding on our door telling us we were breaking the rules and when tried to talk to her that she couldn't do that she flipped out on us and we were given a eviction next day
