We are thinking of ending our lease early. We have proof of negligence of maintenance, unsafe living conditions. We had signed signed an early termination addendum in our lease that states we would have to pay an early termination fee of $*, and pay back all discounts given to us. Is there a way to get out of this without paying the fees
