do I give someone a notice to vacate on January * because I was filing an eviction and they left, and then they appealed the eviction at court and I got said to another court and they have not been living on the property for almost 3 months and they have since officially been evicted and I’ve been holding their property for almost 4 months and I’m wondering when I can legally get rid of their property
