I broke my lease at my old apartment and moved to a new one. The old apartment is charging me 3x rent for breaking my lease. I don’t think that’s a fair amount because we dealt with all types of bugs and rodents which i have pictures of in that apartment. I have to pay rent at my new place and i don’t think its fair to have to pay them at the same time. If i dont pay it will get sent to collections and ruin my credit. What should i do
