Two years ago a pipe brushed and there was mold growing. They just replaced the drywall painted the garage and never bothered to call a mold specialist. I haven't been parking in the garage as much but I got two flat tires and I had to store it inside. There is mold in there and there was water leaking not a lot but it seems to come and go. I have been ordered to vacate but that's because my partner of 7 years passed away in january in Of *. I only worked part time. I have been struggling to find full time employment with a schedule that will allow me to take care if my.two children. I am a single mother and I have not family in town that can help. Now in the apartment since trying to pack even tho I have no where to go. I noticed a crack in the ceiling that seems to be growing every day. No I have not informed the landlord because it is already uncomfortable she has used intimidation tactics and I'm just afraid at this point. Besides they will just paint over it all and rent it to somebody else. I was curious how to be able to identify leaks. I went to YouTube and a video said if you're baseboard is bulging you have a leak. Well it is bulging for sure.
