Also I was there to remodel the place so he asked me too move into the home so I can be security. When we were close to finishing and was gonna ask for the money I was informed by someone else that he wasn't gonna pay me for all the work I had done that me living in the there was my payment he had agreed to pay me half the electric bill for electrical during work he was suppose to pay me for security and also pay me for my work time hours. When we were close to done he came and brought a contract for me to sign to rent the home
