I have an eviction issue in the state of Kentucky
Hello ****, it's important to know if you've received a formal eviction notice. In Kentucky, landlords must provide a *-day notice for nonpayment of rent, and a *-day notice for lease violations. Have you received any of these?
I lived at my ex girlfriend’s aunts house for *-6 years. I did not feel wanted and we got in an argument and I texted her I would leave. Her aunt is the actual landlord I told this to my ex. I did not pay rent or bills but I did have mail for proof of living there. I am located in elsmere Kentucky. I have been out of the house since may 2nd-6th but I could hardly get my belongings and was threatened with police force for breaking and entering and harassment if I was on or around the property. Do I have any eviction rights or need a notice from her aunt? Or am I allowed to be there or show up there until I receive one? I have heard different things from different attorneys. I left under the intention I was not vacating permanently but she moved a new guy/boyfriend in 2 days later. Then I was threatened that police were watching the house
