I'm just seeking information a corporation from Nashville just bought my apartment complex in Oak Ridge Tennessee they have only told four different people the smoking is not allowed on the property it is a smoke-free campus but this is not in my lease and I was always told and so was all renters here at this apartment complex told smoking is only allowed on balconies not in our apartment I understand I know smoking policy and have no problem with it but can they do this and find me $* without putting it in writing also they are stating that the third time I will be evicted can this happen
