Lease Renewal Notice Requirements

Resident agrees that a written seven (*) day notice from Agent shall constitute reasonable and acceptable notice to vacate for non-payment of rent. Resident further agrees that a written fourteen (*) day notice from Agent shall constitute reasonable and acceptable notice to vacate for material non- compliance with the terms of this lease agreement.
