Landlord Harassment And Eviction
Summary
Landlord harassment and illegal eviction are serious violations of tenant rights. In Florida, landlords must follow legal procedures for eviction and cannot dispose of a tenants property without giving a reasonable opportunity to collect it. If you face such issues, file a complaint with the Lake County Clerk of Court and seek assistance from local legal aid organizations. Document all interactions and harassment incidents for evidence. Contact the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association or the Florida Housing Coalition for further support. Additionally, United Way 2-1-1 can provide information on local shelters and emergency housing.Full Conversation

I have recently been affected by my landlord.I lived there about a year. She continuously harassed On A daily basis. She would go to the local store where my daughter worked and she would talk to anywhere from * people. * more about my rental situation about my private situation about me and my boyfriend. It was in her situation. She, would, you know, he ate me? She would do great me. She would call me a bum. And I was the reason they can't pay their bills. She would come to my door all hours of the night. She would make noise. She would shut up my utilities. She would take my belongings and burn them. Keep them for herself or give them away To whom ever she would choose to on more than one occasion. She's been at my door on holidays evenings. Cursing, threatening taking my property and I'll ask anybody that would walk up to my door and totally get my daughter's upset at work b**** You can really impose our analysis, so we're ready to go to work. And then she did the 3 day picture of the division process. However, she, I don't believe she did that by legal standards and I believe it was all not eligibly. She didn't really know just then she went to the court banging, then she wouldn't give me a chance to appeal it because she was befriending me and acting like she wasn't interested that she was going to work with me on the right that I ordered because I lost my disability. And then. Then add a blue the next day.Another statement or just a * hours and at that point she made me leave at * hours.I wasn't able to do a shoes or nothing massage.I mean, nothing and 5 days later.I've never heard nothing and she's keeping all my stuff. She's giving stuff away and I need for medications to tell me how things are on my grandpa , johnny , it's not To whom ever she would choose to on more than one occasion.
