I live in a mobile park & I own my home. I have a maple tree on the front left side. I hired someone to put pavers down bc between my shed & home it looked like a mud pit.When he was digging tree roots were under the mud & he had to use a ax to remove them. I never noticed due to black mesh & black mulch on top. I pulled all of it off & the tree roots go straight across & down the side of my house. I went to management “I was informed if the tree was dead they would remove it.Otherwise they won’t do nothing. I will be dead before the tree is. The roots look like tree trunks. I contacted legal aid was informed to “send a certified letter to management with pictures let them know they have 10 days to respond.” Never did so they said take them to small claims court.” There lawyer wanted it dismissed due to the fact I was suing the General Manager & he is the wrong person to sue.” The majesty even said hi to him.Even though he is the one you go to for an issue. So I never had a chance to talk. I had a tree special list come out and look at it,. I had pictures from July *, and the exact same pictures from April *. To show how much bigger they have gotten.So can I resubmit a new claim with Windward and sue them at small claims court or do I have to appeal the claim and go to court. I don’t have money for a lawyer and it is only $*,* I would be paying a lawyer almost as much.They are actually squeezing new mobile homes in.Advertising this is such a wonderful place,the land is there’s . I definitely don’t have there money to get a good lawyer. But I know “what is there responsibility “ I know no one would want those roots going around your home.

Yes Ohio,there is a pamphlet on “tenants responsibility which is just about everything. The landscaping strictly covers lawn ,shrubs if you put in a sprinkler system and hit a utility line will be charged until fixed.Not One Line Does It Mentioned Anything About Trees

I had that tree specialist “aboriost” even states it is not even at its full maturity. I hope I can get a lawyer from legal aid bc I would be paying a lawyer the same price for the tree. I don’t have the money for that.If I can’t get a lawyer from legal aid.Should I call fox eight news on your side.
