I've lived in this home for 8 years, paid rent on time always . Original owner sold it in November, the new owners stated new leases would be signed ect. Fast forward to now, they lied about new leases, doing month to month , was served with a notice to vacte by */* (new owner selling) but am being expcet3d to pay my full rent amount .
