I'm renting an apartment I am behind on my rent 20 days the next month's rent is coming up ironically on my due date for the rent was what's the 8th of April or May the ownership changed hands and the only notice I received was as of April or your as of the 9th all rent will be mailed to this address if anyone pays rent to the Old owner they will be evicted and have to pay for the legal amount for the eviction I've yet to receive anything stating I have x amount of days pay my rent in full by this day or else I haven't received anything and the way the memo was stated about rent I think the new owners do not get along or agree with the old owner and my rent was due to the Old owner but now a new owner took over. Can I be affected because I'm 20 days late on my rent to the Old owner.

I haven't received any notice I haven't received any certified mail I haven't even received a phone call but that is the Old owner the old owner can still evict me even though ownership changed because we pay for our month in advance I'm on a month-to-month lease
