My landlord wants to kick me out after the second month of renting to me because I am 4 days late on paying him but it says that I can pay $* the first day and then * dollars extra every day after that. He that I have a breach of contract lease agreement, and now he said he can kick me out, and he can take me belongings to pay for the unpaid lease. Also he says that he will only take cashier's check I am unable to do a cashier's check because I don't have a bank account he will not accept any other payment I've tried working with him he's being completely and reasonable he said I breached contract and it's going to take me to court what do I do.
