Hello Brad, I'm here to provide you with legal information. Could you please describe your legal issue for me?
On the 20th of April a woman and I had unprotected sex. On May 6th she told me she was pregnant and the baby is *% mine. When asked to have an in person conversation she vanished and I haven’t heard from her since. I have my suspicions that if she really is pregnant, there is a possibility the baby isn’t mine. Is there any legal way to make her have a conversation about it?
Hello Brad. While you can't legally force her to have a conversation, if she pursues child support, you can request a paternity test through the court. It's important to consult with a family law attorney for advice tailored to your situation. Can you tell me in which country or state you reside?
